Organic acorn-fed Iberian cular salchichón, made with Iberian breed pigs raised in the pastures of the heart of Extremadura, where they grow freely surrounded by nature. Handcrafted, with care and attention, we have managed to create a unique and ecological piece.

Made with the best lean meats from our Iberian pigs and taking care of the details, its preparation and drying in the cellar for 4-5 months, its garnet colour impregnated with light touches of black pepper, give this supporting actor the status of a leading figure for many.
