In a homemade sangria, the rest during the necessary cooling prior to consumption, is essential for the extraction of flavors and aromas and their integration, so a bottled sangria, when all the components are of quality and are in the right proportions, can be better than another one prepared in front of us.
Tasting note: on a classic tasting sheet you start by talking about color and appearance. There are no surprises here. Light cherry red, clean, bright and attractive, with a slight fine and constant bubble effervescence. It is later, in the olfactory phase, when LOLEA is already clearly differentiated from all the bleeds that we have tried so far. It smells of fresh and young wine !, and cherry, orange peel, lemon caramel, cinnamon and sour strawberry. Intense and pleasant aromas, clear memories of grapes and sweet fruit. But then comes the best. A sweet and wide entry into the mouth confirms all the sensations experienced on the olfactory path, and then opens into a wide range of ripe red berries and blue flowers, where the nobler part of the wine and its melted tannins are guessed. With a very silky carbonic and a slight final bitterness that invites you to drink.
