The GLS transport company has the experience and proven capacity to offer all our clients the necessary and optimal level of service.
Shipments are made within 1 to 3 days depending on the country of destination and the shipping options chosen, both the logistics operator and the transport service. The cost of sending the order will depend on the weight and dimensions of the order, the transport options as well as the country of destination to which said order should be sent. All our products are sent directly from Spain from the different distribution points that Eresgourmet has established.
Once the order request has been received and the payment thereof approved, an email notification will be sent with the order tracking information: transport company in charge of sending the shipment and the trancking number to track it.
In case the order cannot be delivered to the customer, the transport company will start its procedure in these cases. As a general rule, transport companies make several attempts to contact customers to confirm deliveries. In case of absence of these, the transport companies usually leave the orders in their logistics warehouses for a certain period of time, notifying the customer by means of a note. After the waiting time, different according to the transport company, the order will be returned to the place of origin. Each company has a different procedure for these cases.

When can I make a return?
A refund may be made in the following cases:
- In case the product is broken or in poor condition
- In case the product box, including Gourmet Boxes, is broken or in poor condition
- In case the order has been sent incorrectly
- If you do not agree with the product delivered

To be able to make a return you must fill out our "Returns" form by filling in each and every one of the fields indicating, mainly, your contact details, order number and the reason for the return
Will the refund of the order amount be effective?
In case of a voluntary return, we will proceed to the refund of the amount of the order but not including the amount of the return costs.
In case of a return for incorrect order or in poor condition the full amount of the order will be returned including shipping costs.
Once the return is validated and the status of the returned order will be given the option to the customer to request a full refund of the amount of the order or to charge the amount of the previous order in their customer account so that they can place orders worth the amount of the order .
