Made exclusively from the grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, on the Espiells property. A manual harvest at its optimum maturity and transport in small boxes guarantees the integrity of the bunches. From manual loading and a smooth pressing of lauva without stripping, it is a magnificent juice with little color intensity. A static racking and controlled fermentation transform this must into a very personal base wine.

Nose: Complex and elegant aromas. It stands out for its notes of ripe white fruit, yeast, bakery, hints of honey and toast.
Palate: Fresh, tasty and fruity on the palate with a well-integrated crisp carbon dioxide, leaving the notes of yeast and toast for the finish. Elegant and seductive as a whole.
Pairing: Rice, sausages, cheeses, white meats, fish and Japanese cuisine.
Serving temperature: Between 6 and 8ºC.
