This cava has an extraordinary elegance, propitiated by the Pinot noir variety. This elegance, combined with the very high acidity, opens up a wide range of gastronomic experiences. Combine well with all kinds of salt fish. Also sushi. Carpaccios, appetizers, entrees. Rice with seafood or fish, pasta and meat dishes (cannelloni, lasagna). Ideal with desserts with red fruits.

Intense straw yellow color with very bright golden highlights and purple nuances as a result of the Pinot Noir variety. Fine and delicate bubble well integrated that causes a perfect rosary with a uniform and lasting crown.
Nose
We find exquisite aromas of white flowers and red fruits, the most genuine nuances of the Pinot Noir grape.

The aromas are felt again in the mouth, where they show body and remarkable freshness. It is creamy, delicate and long.
