These Shoulder Ham have the same origin as the hams D.O. They come from Iberian pigs reared in extensive, that gain weight during the months of montanera based on acorn and pastures of the pasture.
These Shoulder Ham have a cure of approximately 2 years in our natural dryers of the Sierra de Huelva.
Traceability during the entire production process is double controlled; by external certifier and by the technicians of the appellation of origin.
