The aroma of Morellana Picuda oil is intensely fruity of fresh green olives, of great complexity and harmony, with fruity notes of apple and banana, highlighting the green almond for its intensity. Its entry into the mouth is very sweet, characteristic of the Picuda variety, appreciating in the anterior part the almond and the herbaceous notes of green wheat. Going to the back you can see the green banana, apple, tomato and artichoke, the bitterness is almost imperceptible and with a very light final itch. This oil is indicated for arugula salads, oven-roasted artichokes, and roasted meats (for a spicy flavor).
