Its aroma is intensely fruity of green olives, of great complexity and harmony, with herbaceous notes of freshly cut hay and wild grass, highlighting green banana and green almond for their intensity. Moving to the back, the bitter medium and the artichoke are appreciated with a very persistent intense and balanced final spiciness, characteristic of the Hojiblanca variety.
