Its aroma is intensely fruity of green olives, of great complexity, with fruity notes of green apple, fig and green banana. Its entry into the mouth is sweet, appreciating in the anterior part the herbaceous notes of olive leaf and freshly cut grass. Going to the back, the olive leaf and the green banana are appreciated again, spicy and bitter medium high and to finish a sensation of pleasant astringency. It pairs perfectly with artichokes, salads, and surprisingly with dark chocolate.
