The Gramona Enoteca Brut elaborates with 75% of the Xarel·lo grape and 25% of Macabeo from the flat plot. Vines planted on clay soils with sandy substrate and calcareous bed. Truly exceptional aging for 12 years, in rhymes and with a cork stopper. Rinsed on desk, removed and manual uncorking.

The best known cava of Juvé & Camps, is a Brut Nature made from the grape must of our Espiells (Can Rius), La Cuscona and Mediona farms.
The Reserva de la Familia is an exemplary cava, a great example of the excellent work done by this traditional house of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. It is characterized by its bright pale golden color. With a rich and elegant aromatic palette, with a development that begins in notes of ripe white fruits and then gives rise to the nuances of the upbringing: bakery, toast, spices ... The palate is tremendously seductive, offering freshness, pleasant texture and a long finish in which the aromatic memories of white fruits appear again.
Fruity depera and melon and citrus fruit such as grapefruit and lemon. Notes of honey, nuts and some pastries.
In the mouth it is very nice. The aromas present in the nose are also perceived in the mouth, with a predominance of citrus fruit with some floral memories.
Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is a brut nature cava, coupage of the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel varieties • of grapes from the farms located in the Penedès.
Manual harvest and the grape is quickly transported to the cellar to preserve all its freshness. Once the flower must is obtained, it is reared in cavas for a minimum of 36 months, and each bottle is moved by hand from its desk.
