Muga Reserva red wine D.O. Rioja

Muga Selección Especial Reserva is a great red wine. A classic of the D.O. The Rioja. It is made by Bodegas Muga in Haro, one of the populations with more concentration of wineries around the world.

Muga Selección Especial Reserva is a coupage of Tempranillo (70%), Garnacha (20%), Mazuelo (7%) and Graciano (3%) varieties. The grapes come from farms with mostly clay-limestone soil located in the area of La Rioja Alta, at the foot of the Obarenses Mountains.

Because of their geography and orientation they have a peculiar diversity of different climates between Mediterranean, Atlantic and Continental, which make the grapes have a long and complex ripening.
