This Reserva de Rioja is a good representative of the profile of Remelluri wines, the estate that Jaime Rodríguez Salís acquired in 1967 and that had previously exploited the Jeronimos of the monastery of Our Lady of Toloño, in the rich region of Labastida de la Rioja Alavesa . This winery is currently a classic in La Rioja because of the regularity of its wines. This is demonstrated by this red fruit rich and spicy expression and mature and elegant profile.
Crafted from vines of more than 40 years of age, our LAN Gran Reserva spent 24 months in barrel and a further 36 months in bottle to refine and round off the wine. This is our way of paying homage to the passage of time, patience and expertise. Elegant and subtle, it fully expresses the wisdom bequeathed by time.
Great Moon goes further. Because it is the result of having wanted to go very far in its composition. The ability to carry it out is reinforced by the diversity of plots and the technical complexity of our vineyard.
A wine that stands out for its exceptional relationship between quality and price. The wines destined to the elaboration of the Crianza in Luis Cañas come from vineyards in which an average age of 30 years is combined.
