The main characteristic of Boffard Curado is that it is made with a combination of raw cow and sheep milk. In this way, and after curing for a minimum of 4 months in our cellars, the cheese is turned, brushed and bathed in oil to achieve a soft but rich aroma with nuances and a flavor that makes it an unmistakable Boffard Cheese.
Boffard Curado is a cheese with a grainy but firm texture, balanced, with spicy and salty tones and a slightly lactic aftertaste.
