A unique cava born in an exceptional place that has a different microclimate than the rest of the plots in the Espiells vineyard. Cava is a beautiful pale pink color with salmon undertones that reflects its long aging years. Its slow effervescence fills the rosary glass with tiny bubbles that, when reaching the surface, form a stable crown.
