Organic and biodynamic agriculture. Cultivated vineyards without herbicides or insecticides of chemical origin, only with fertilizers of natural origin. We apply infusions made from plants to control the presence of fungi and reinforce the strains naturally.
Manual harvest to guarantee the excellent sanitary state of a grape for long aging.
Vinification on the property. Winemaking, processing and aging are carried out entirely in Recaredo.
Long aging Bottle aging is done exclusively with a natural cork stopper. The cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically suitable to preserve the original sense of a long aging sparkling wine.
Deguelle manual without freezing. The disgorgement (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; craft professionalism and respect for the environment.
