Emilio Moro Crianza Red Ribera del Duero
This wine is named after its creator and is the alma mater of the winery. Elegant and subtle, marked by a very scarce production that brings out the best essences. It is a powerful, balanced wine with a supernatural elegance. With the aromas of the Tempranillo polished with the aging, the notes of wood appear in the background fused with the personality of the variety. The mouth is a reflection of the nose, powerful and fleshy but with a smooth and polished tannin.
HARVEST CHARACTERISTICS
Add exceptional and unique. Due to the frosts that fell in 2017, the harvest reduced 50% of its vineyard production possibilities. In this way, the highest quality of grapes has been achieved in this vintage. We are facing a vintage of great expectations of quality.
ELABORATION
Made from grapes from middle-aged vines. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels.
