Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico cured loin, traditional recipe, approximate weight between 500 and 600 g. Cinco Jotas cured loin is one of the gastronomic reference points in Spain.

The loin is produced from pure Iberian pigs who feed primarily on acorns, and is a delicious part of the healthy Mediterranean diet. Cured loin is made from the very best 100% ibérico pigs, who roam free in the south of the Iberian Peninsula. Animals receive exceptional care throughout their lives and feed mostly on acorns during their fattening process. This type of diet provides a high percentage of oleic acid, which helps reduce “bad” cholesterol that is harmful to health, and it is rich in omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 oils.

Conservation: In a cool and ventilated place. Remove the cover from the product once you have it at home. Make sure you have the necessary utensils to cut the loin: an inlay cutting board, an appropriate knife and a sharpener. Our recommendation is that you consume the ham within 6 months of having received it. You can keep it at room temperature, but best to avoid exposure to the sun or other heat sources.
